Career Kids by TnT will improve Economic development in the U.S. by educating children and adults with information that will encourage them to raise their standards of the careers they pursue in life- while providing techniques to obtain various high paying careers.
Economic Development: Economic development is the increase in the standard of living in a nations population with sustained growth from a simple, low income economy to a modern, high income economy. If the local quality of life could be improved, economic development would be enhanced, Its scope includes the process and policies by which a nation improves the economic, political, and social well being of its people.
Adult Education and Family Support: Career Kids by TnT gives 10-15% of the donations made to the children back to the adults in the form of donations or schlorships to worthy families of the careers. The information provided in the books are educational and informative for the children as well as adults.
Youth development: Career kids by TnT's goal is to exceed the industry standard needs of recruiting quality craft people for the next 10 years by educating and training the workforce 10 to 15 years before they go to work (as in Olympic workers).
Leadership development: Every Career has a Forman, Supervisor or Leader. Every book authored and illustrated by TnT Smith puts focus on the supervisor of the career and includes lesson plans that encourage the children to take the leadership role to solve problems using their team.
Crime and violence prevention: The top 2 causes of violence in the U.S. is poverty and lack of education. The career based learning system is educating children about careers that will employ them with a pay scale above the poverty rate.

Career kids by TnT offers toys, books and information about careers that will place people in the Green catagory of 7.5 million workers between the ages of 20 and 24 with only 487,000 earning $1,000 a week or more. That goal can be obtained from the information in the book series of "Great Careers with a Highschool Diploma", "Top Careers in 2 years" or the "What can I do now" Series.
People that continue to learn or stay in school longer would be in the Green catagory of 24.1 million workers between the ages of 25 to 34 with 6.2 milllion workers earning $1,000 per week or more.
31.6 million out of 91 million workers that are 25 and older are in the Blue catagory, earning $1,000 per week or more.
The sooner the better. Getting the information and persuing your career at an early age would make you able to retire from 2 careers by the time you are 65 and totally miss the Red catagory of the 2.7 million workers that are 65 and older (unless you're one of the people that are 65 and older that are still working because you truly love your career).
